The ECB council will announce the interest rate on October 26, 2017, at 11:45 GMT. Market participants expect the rate to remain at 0%, so the QE* reduction measures will be the critical issue on the agenda. Mario Draghi will probably shed light on the monetary policy prospects at the press conference he traditionally hosts.
