Maintenance works on Personal Accounts and a new trading server for MetaTrader 5
Please be advised that, from 10:00 a.m. Moscow time on September 17 to 9:00 a.m. Moscow time on September 19, maintenance works will be performed in the Personal Accounts section and MetaTrader 5 servers. These are aimed at improving the quality and stability of the offered services. During this period, the functions of depositing, withdrawing, internal transfer and conversion of funds will not be accessible. The fulfillment of applications for depositing funds into investment accounts, withdrawing funds from investment accounts and payment of remuneration will not be possible as well. After the works are completed, all requests will be automatically submitted anew, and fulfilled during the next closest rollover.
IP addresses of servers for MetaTrader 5 will be changed during the maintenance works. Versions of terminals updated in the past two months will be connected automatically while earlier versions need to be updated by downloading the installation file here.
If you are experiencing connection difficulties on your MetaTrader 5 terminal, enter the menu tab File—Connect to the Trading Account and write one of the new IP addresses in the Server field: real-mt5-1.alfaforex.com:443 or 220.127.116.11:443.
For authorization in the mobile MetaTrader 5 application, you need to remove it and the install it anew.
