CPI in the USA – the latest data will be released on Friday!

On Friday 13 October, at 12:30 GMT, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics will release a new Consumer Price Index (CPI) report. It is expected to arouse the interest of the investors, who anticipate the growth of the US dollar in Q4. Based on the analysis, it is expected that the Fed. will increase the rate at least once before the end of the year. However, the exact value of the rate is still an open issue. The uncertainty in light of the CPI publication may result in a significant surge in the volatility of dollar-related instruments.
